Financial Overview

We recognize that orthodontic treatment can be expensive, but the investment is worth it. Treatment costs vary, and how much your treatment will cost depends on the nature and severity of the issues. Exact costs and financial options for you or your child's treatment will be discussed during the initial exam.

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. We offer several financing options that we would be happy to discuss with you. If you have insurance, we'll review your policy to maximize your benefits and file your claims. For your convenience, we accept payments by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also offer discounts for siblings in treatment and payment-in-full at the start of treatment.

Insurance

Insurance coverage for orthodontic treatment gives you the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that exists separately from normal dental insurance. Because policies vary, it’s important to determine whether or not your insurance covers the treatment you’d like to pursue.

To help us with your insurance filing, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire at our office. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
