Meet Our Staff

Amanda is our Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator. She is typically the first person to meet and interact with new patients and to speak with them about treatment and financial options. She works closely with Dr. Jones and Dr. Dearing to create a treatment plan that fits the patients needs.

Away from the office, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and friends at the lake. She also loves watching her boys show cattle and goats at stock shows.

Why do you love your job? I love being able to talk to patients and their families. I love seeing the finished treatment and those beautiful smiles.

Caresse is a part time receptionist and treatment coordinator. She also works with patients on their treatment and financial options.

She is a Lawton native; she graduated from MacArthur High School and has a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a certificate in Early Childhood Education from Cameron University.

Outside the office, Caresse has been married for 14 years, and has two daughters, two cats, and two dogs. She and her husband own their own business, and they enjoy bowling as a family.

Why do you love your job? I love our patients! I enjoy talking and interacting with them on the phone and in person. Many parents and patients become my friends.

Hannah is one of our office's Financial Coordinators, and as such, she handles accounts receivable, patient accounts, insurance, new patient exams, treatment plans, and the occasional front desk duties. Hannah has a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation Management from Brigham Young University in Rexburg, Idaho.

In her off-time, Hannah loves kayaking, rock climbing, drawing, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.

Why do you love your job? I love people and customer service. I love getting to help people achieve their dream smile through finances and seeing the end result.

Jordan is one of our Financial Coordinators in the office. She handles accounts receivables, patient accounts, and patients insurances. She also helps with occasional front desk duties and treatment plans. Jordan is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Cameron University. She will also have minors in History and Psychology.

In her free time, Jordan enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, family, and her three cats. She also loves attending concerts and going to any sporting event, especially OU Football games.

Why do you love your job? I enjoy seeing the before and after results of each patient and knowing that I may have helped with any financial issue they might have had to make their time with us as easy as can be.

Rachel is our main receptionist; she is the very first face you will see when you arrive at our practice. She assists with scheduling appointments, taking payments, and various other functions. She strives to make everyone that enters the office have a pleasant experience. Rachel graduated from Lawton High School.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their four children, family and friends. They enjoy going to the lake, mountains, and just being together.

Why do you love your job? I love my job because of the difference that is being made in each patient’s life. To watch the confidence blossom as each smile is transformed into something beautiful is truly amazing to see.

Maryluz is a dental assistant here in our office. She works closely with Dr. Jones and Dr. Dearing on a variety of patient appointments, including bandings, Invisalign, retainer repairs, and adjustments. She also helps out in the lab with retainers and appliances and is responsible for ordering all the orthodontic supplies in office.

Maryluz has an Associate's Degree in Dental Assisting with expanded functions. She is happily married with two wonderful children and one dog. She loves being outside and is very active in church.

Why do you love your job? I love seeing the end result of patients.

Jessica is one of our dental assistants in the office. She works closely with Dr. Jones and Dr. Dearing during patient treatments. Jessica has learned much of her role solely through on-the-job training.

Away from the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, as well as cooking and reading.

Why do you love your job? I love being able to see the smiles on our patients faces when their braces are removed, revealing their perfect smile.

Paola is one of our dental assistants here at the office. She helps Dr. Jones and Dr. Dearing during adjustments and bondings. She also takes impressions and prides herself on helping to keep the office spotless.

Paola is a graduate of Eisenhower High School and is currently attending Cameron University.

When Paola is away from the office, she enjoys traveling, working out, and family time.

Why do you love your job? Because I help make a difference in people’s lives, one smile at a time.

Mariam is one of our dental assistants. She helps Dr. Jones and Dr. Dearing with bandings, bondings, and adjustments, makes impressions.

Mariam is a graduate of Eisenhower High School and she graduated from Platt College as a Dental Assistant in 2012.

When Mariam is not in the office, she enjoys traveling, or doing activities with her vacation club. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and doing outdoor sports and activities.

Why do you love your job? I love seeing the beautiful smiles we create and the joy that it brings to every patient’s life!

Brooke is one of our dental assistants. She works closely with Dr. Jones and Dr. Dearing doing adjustments, taking new patient pictures and x-rays, and various tasks around the office.

Brooke graduated from MacArthur High School. In her free time, Brook enjoys having family time and playing with her children.

Why do you love your job? I love that I am discovering all of the skills I did not know I had.

Nino is our assistant that works in the lab making retainers and appliances for patients. She works closely with Dr. Jones and Dr. Dearing to make sure everything comes out perfect.

Nino is currently studying Criminal Justice. She is from Puerto Rico and while there studied cosmetology.

When she’s away from work, she loves spending time with her kids and being very active in her church groups. She enjoys swimming with her friends and family.

Why do you love your job? I like making the retainers that will keep my patients beautiful smiles straight.

Jazmin is one of our dental assistants. She assists Dr. Jones and Dr. Dearing with patient adjustments, scanning for appliances on our state-of-the-art iTero machine, and taking pictures and x-rays for all incoming patients.

When Jazmin is away from work, she enjoys reading and watching movies. She loves to hike in the wildlife refuge and spend time with her family and loved ones.

Why do you love your job? I love to help people. Being a part of their journey to their perfect smile is something I enjoy coming to work for every day.
